When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed, packed and shipped by our two woman team within 5-7 business days. After it's shipped, an email will be sent to track your order with USPS. Please note: During holiday periods and sales - there may be delays in fulfillment.
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address at checkout!
We process our orders as quickly as possible. If an incorrect shipping address was entered, send us an email. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to switch out the address.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
There may be delays during sales, where we receive a high amount of orders. Rest assured, your order is on it's way out our doors. Please do not contact us prior to 7 business day shipping period.

What is your return + exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at orders@rebelsoulco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the return process started. There will be an $8.00 return shipping fee deducted from your refund total.
* NOTE: Items must be in NEW unworn condition. This includes deodorant marks, animal or human hair, stains, etc. Worn items cannot be restocked and will be returned to the sender.
Can I get a return label?
Please contact us at orders@rebelsoulco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the return process started. We will need your order number, which is in your order confirmation email. If you need to make a return, we will send a pre-paid return label to the email address used at checkout.
There will be an $8.00 return shipping fee deducted from your refund total.
* NOTE: Items must be in NEW unworn condition. This includes deodorant marks, animal or human hair, stains, etc. Worn items cannot be restocked and will be returned to the sender.
What about exchanging for a different size?
We offer free exchanges. You'll be issued a pre-paid shipping label to send your order back to us. We will cover shipping fees.
