US ORDERS

Orders over $40: Free Shipping

Orders under $40: Flat Rate Shipping for $4.95

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders over $40: Free Shipping

Orders under $40: Flat Rate Shipping for $9.95

All international orders are shipped within 1-5 business days via USPS First Class International and typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment. 

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that these fees are issued by your local government and are out of our control. 

 

US RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES 

Send us an email at hello@rebelsoulco.com with your order number for a return label. Once your item is received, an exchange will be shipped out to you. We cover shipping fees both ways.

RETURNS

To make a return, send an email at hello@rebelsoulco.com for a return label. Items must be in NEW unused & unwashed condition. A return shipping & handling fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If items are not in new condition, they will be refused and returned to the sender.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be in NEW unused condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If items are not in new condition, they will be refused and returned to the sender.

DAMAGES, WRONG ADDRESS, ETC. 

Rebel Soul Collective cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages.

If you receive a faulty item, email us at hello@rebelsoulco.com with a photo of the defect and we will replace your items.

If the wrong address was entered at checkout, email us at hello@rebelsoulco.com immediately. We cannot guarantee a change to your order once it is placed. It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct information and contact USPS for lost, stolen or missing packages. 

If your USPS tracking link is showing a package is delivered, you must contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or visit USPS.com for assistance.

International orders are handed over to your local post office, you must contact  them for assistance. 

Please note that what you see on the USPS tracking link is exactly we can see. We do not have access to USPS internal information. USPS is a third party service which is not affiliated with nor related to Rebel Soul Collective. 

If your shipment is showing as delivered but was not received, please check with your neighbors prior to contacting USPS to file a claim.
