PROCESSING + SHIPPING

All orders are processed + shipped within 5-7 business days with USPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way.

We offer FREE US Shipping on all orders

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, check in with your local post office.

    We cannot edit your order once it is placed, please double check your address at checkout. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, delivery is out of our control. Rebel Soul Collective cannot be held liable for missing or stolen packages. 

    EXCHANGES + RETURNS

    Please contact us at orders@rebelsoulco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the return process started. We will need your order number, which is in your order confirmation email.  US exchanges include free shipping both ways. If you need to make a return, we will send a pre-paid return label to the email address used at checkout. There will be an $8.00 return shipping fee deducted from your refund total. *Please note items must be in NEW unworn condition. This includes deodorant marks, animal or human hair, stains, etc. Worn items cannot be restocked and will be returned to the sender.

    Warranty & Repair

    All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

    An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

    Returns & Refunds

    Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

    A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

    In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

    In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

    In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

    When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

    When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
