All orders are currently being processed + shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way. Pre-order items will ship once they are back in stock.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Start your return here within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer refunds and exchanges on unworn merchandise. ANY CLEARANCE/SALE STYLES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship within 2-5 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
All orders are subject to processing time once received by USPS that is separate from the time it takes for shipment. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing once your shipment leaves our warehouse.
All orders are tracked with USPS. Once you place your order, you will recieve an email regarding your tracking number. Once the order is sent to courier, please direct all questions to them.
Pre-order release dates we list on our site are subject to change. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled all together, we will notify you via the email address on file.
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to the wrong address entered at checkout, we will contact you for an updated address via email. After five business days, the order will be refunded in the form of Store Credit.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns within 14 days of your order delivery date.
Items must be sent back in the original condition, unworn and unwashed. Your return will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified. Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange and may be returned to you. In the case the items are worn, stained, covered in hair or washed - they will be returned back to you and store credit will not be issued.
CLEARANCE/SALE STYLES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed. If you don't love the merch once you receive your order, you can return it for a refund, please reference our return & exchange policy.
If your items are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, we will pay to reship your package to an updated address. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit, minus a $6.00 restocking fee.
No one likes theft. Keep an eye on your email inbox for updates on your order. We email you a USPS tracking number to anticipate your delivery date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund or reshipment for packages marked as "Delivered"
In the case your package is shown as "delivered" but you do not see it, check with your neighbors or get in touch with USPS. Your daily mail carrier is your best point of contact.
