PROCESSING + SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! US Shipping is a flat $6 rate - with Free USPS Shipping on orders over $60. International orders ship for a flat rate of $25 with DHL.

All orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way. 

 

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

Start your return here within 30 days of receiving your order. We will need your order number, which is in your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders ship within 3-7 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.

All orders are subject to processing time once received by USPS that is separate from the time it takes for shipment. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing once your shipment leaves our warehouse.

All orders are tracked with USPS. Once you place your order, you will recieve an email regarding your tracking number. Once the order is sent to courier, please direct all questions to them.

Pre-order release dates we list on our site are subject to change.  If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled all together, we will notify you via the email address on file.

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to the wrong address entered at checkout, we will contact you for an updated address via email. After five business days, the order will be refunded. A restocking fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. A restocking fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges are always free.


AFTER A FULL 30 DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Items must be sent back in the original condition, unworn and unwashed. Your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified. Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange and may be returned to you.

We do not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed. If you don't love the merch once you receive your order, you can return it for a refund, please reference our return & exchange policy. 

If your items are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, we will pay to reship your package to an updated address. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a refund, minus a $6.00 restocking fee.

Rebel Soul Collective is not liable for missing, lost or stolen packages. If your package is shown as "delivered" but you do not see it, check with your neighbors or get in touch with USPS. Your daily mail carrier is your best point of contact. Stolen packages cannot be refunded or reshipped for free. We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
